Why Ocean Campaigns?
When the Our Fish campaign began winding down in early 2023, Dave Walsh decided it would be a shame to lose touch with the wealth of talent we had brought together – a network of trusted professionals, who tackle jobs with integrity, humour, creativity and an fine sense of mischief. several of us know each other from another era – we worked together at Greenpeace International.
This desire to bring people together gave rise to Ocean Campaigns: a network of experts that can bolster the essential work of organisations fighting to protect our ocean and our planet. We’re a growing network of designers and artists, scientists and filmmakers, campaigners, fundraisers and communicators.
It’s not only about oceans – many of us work across other issues – social justice, health, forests, climate change – but for many of us, the ocean is our first love. We have all-worked across ocean-related issues, and we speak the ocean language.
Keep an eye, as we add more names and faces to the team.
